The above graph shows how busy the server is. If there is no data, the chances are your web space provider does not support users querying this information.
The information is broken down into
Wait - Wait time reflects when processes are waiting on your disk. A high figure here indicates that there is lots of disk IO activity on the system. If this is down to your pages, you may consider tuning your apache server, web pages or database. Often, database wait time can be improved by rewriting queries or changing indexes.
Sys - This is activity performed by the system process. For instance, if backups are running.
User - This is processor activity caused by user processes, but may include other users on the system. If you are sure that this is down to you, consider rewriting any processor intensive pages or processes.
